I love business and I love people.

In my 12+ years of professional experience, I have worked with boutique businesses, start-ups, and large governmental agencies. My experience designing professional learning and leading teams has required a deep skill in listening. I enjoy getting down to the root of all problems and finding the best path forward. Working with business owners and managers, I enjoy finding new ways to see staff and produce productivity. I also have a soft spot for clients and coach individuals on how to keep clients more accountable.
